Ground Handling

Ground handling is the list of services provided to facilitate the landing or take-off of an aircraft. The services range from check-in to aircraft cleaning to marshalling to ramp attendant.

Roraima Ground Handling

Roraima provides full ground handling services from check in to ramp handling and aircraft grooming for both International airlines and Charters arriving at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport. This multi- functional team consists of flight dispatchers, baggage handlers, groomers, ramp attendants and customer service agents. The Division is self-sufficient with an impressive array of Ground Handling Equipment such as motorized stairs, forklifts, rapid loaders, ground power units, baggage cart, lavatory cart, baggage tugs, tow bars and push back tractor.

Timehri Handling Service Inc.

THS provides Flight Operations, Ramp and check-in services, aircraft grooming, for both International and chartered flights. It also rents Ground Support Equipment, and currently provides services to Caribbean Airlines, COPA Airlines, DHL and Surinam Airways. This multi- functional team consists of flight dispatchers, groomers, ramp attendants and customer service agents. THS' Ground Handling Equipment include motorized stairs, forklifts, rapid loaders, ground power units, Air Start Unit, Air Conditioning Unit, FMC Hi Loader, baggage cart, lavatory cart, baggage tugs, tow bars and push back tractors.
